About The Position

80 Park Avenue Dental is seeking an experienced General Dentist interested in a long-term ownership opportunity alongside Dr. Barry Sporer, a University of Pennsylvania-trained Prosthodontist who has practiced in Manhattan for more than 20 years. Dr. Sporer has built a reputation for comprehensive, patient-centered care and leadership within organized dentistry. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving practice in Manhattan while receiving mentorship in advanced restorative and implant dentistry, as well as build toward long-term ownership in one of New York City's most desirable markets. The position offers 100% clinical autonomy and the chance to work directly alongside Dr. Sporer, providing mentorship in both business and clinical aspects, with a clear path toward future ownership.

Requirements

• Active or eligible New York dental license.
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong comprehensive treatment planning and restorative skills.
• Implant experience or interest in continuing implant training preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in long-term ownership opportunity.
• Mentorship in advanced restorative and implant dentistry.
• Experience with CBCT, 3D Imaging, Digital X-Rays, Digital Impressions, Waterlase Technology, Laser Dentistry, and Implant Technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients.
• Develop and execute treatment plans.
• Perform advanced restorative, cosmetic, implant, and endodontic procedures.
• Utilize advanced dental technology.
• Collaborate with Dr. Sporer for mentorship and potential ownership transition.
