About The Position

Ascendent Health Partners is hiring a General Dentist for a privately owned, doctor-led practice in the Madison, Wisconsin area. The practice emphasizes patient relationships and individualized care rather than treatment volume. The role offers a base salary of $150,000–$190,000 per year plus a performance incentive. Doctors can earn ownership over time through an Equity Earn-In Program, with no buy-in, loan, or personal guarantee; ownership is additional to clinical pay and does not reduce it.

The dentist will care for current and new patients, lead and mentor a small team, and build long-term patient relationships. The practice provides general dental services, with opportunities to pursue training and provide endodontic, implant, and clear aligner services. The full-time schedule is 30–35 hours per week across four days. Emergency coverage is shared equally among the practice’s doctors. Clinical treatment decisions remain between the dentist and the patient, with coaching and support available when desired.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD.
