About The Position
The General Dentist will join a dynamic, patient-focused dental team in Lubbock, Texas. Compensation includes a $200,000 income guarantee for the first year, earnings of 30%–32% of net collections, and a $40,000 sign-on bonus. The posting lists an average salary of $230,000–$400,000. The role offers clinical autonomy with non-clinical administrative support, one-on-one mentorship, and internal and external continuing education in specialties including dental implants, clear aligners, and endodontics. The dentist is immediately included in the Employee Stock Ownership Program. The company pays for professional liability insurance, state license, DEA, and financial planning assistance. No emergency call is required, and the schedule is flexible. Assistance with the immigration sponsorship process is available. Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school, or currently attending an accredited dental school to obtain a DDS or DMD degree.
- Current, valid dental license to practice in the state, or ability to obtain one.
- DEA certification.
- CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain it.
