About The Position
First Choice Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its Madison-area team. The role offers clinical autonomy, an established patient base and full schedule, mentorship from experienced doctors, experienced clinical teams, modern technology, access to in-house specialists, and clinician-led leadership. The practice supports doctors in focusing on patient care and dentistry, with a four-day workweek during regular business hours. A path to partnership is available for doctors interested in building something long term. First Choice Dental is a locally rooted, clinician-led group of 14 neighborhood practices with more than 220 team members. Requirements
- Hold or be actively pursuing a Wisconsin dental license.
- Love taking care of patients and value being part of a strong team.
