East Haddam Dental Associates is seeking a confident, experienced General Dentist to take a leading provider role within our well-established Moodus, CT practice. We’re looking for a dentist who can provide excellent comprehensive care, build trust with an established patient population, and help guide the practice into its next chapter. Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
  • Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility to obtain one
  • 3+ years of General Dentistry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong comprehensive treatment planning and restorative skills
  • Clinically confident and comfortable managing an established patient base
  • Excellent communication and case-presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with patients
  • Collaborative leadership style and strong team mentality
  • Provider who takes ownership of patient care and practice success

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Provide high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry
  • Take ownership of an established patient base and productive schedule
  • Build long-term patient relationships and maintain continuity of care
  • Identify comprehensive treatment opportunities and confidently communicate recommendations
  • Collaborate with specialists on complex and multidisciplinary cases
  • Partner with the clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient flow and practice performance
  • Serve as a strong clinical presence and positive leader for the practice team
  • Maintain high standards for clinical quality, patient experience, and professionalism
