About The Position

We are seeking a General Dentist with a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing dentistry after graduation. This role offers a competitive compensation package based on collections, with fee schedules negotiated to be higher than most practices. You will be paid more for the same service. The position emphasizes work-life balance, with a typical schedule of only 13 patients per 8-hour workday, allowing focus on each patient. You will work with advanced technology, including Cone Beam CT, iTero scanners, Soft tissue laser, and cordless rotary systems, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. The role requires a strong commitment to patient care, quality, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new dental techniques. The dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, performing a broad range of services.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience practicing dentistry after graduation
• Available to work min every other Saturday
• Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA License and CPR certification
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (unable to sponsor visas)
• Strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on quality
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental techniques

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
• Perform a broad range of dental services within your comfort zone, including extractions, removable and fixed prosthodontics, endodontics, and more.
• Utilize advanced dental technology, including digital scanners and Cone Beam CT, to diagnose and treat patients effectively.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through quality care, clear communication, and compassionate service.
