About The Position
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our practice. This role offers a competitive compensation package based on collections and a focus on work-life balance, with a typical schedule of only 13 patients per 8-hour workday. You will work with advanced technology and a supportive team to deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing dentistry after graduation
- Available to work min every other Saturday
- Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA License and CPR certification
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (unable to sponsor visas or green card)
- Strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on quality
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new dental techniques
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
- Perform a broad range of dental services within your comfort zone, including extractions, removable and fixed prosthodontics, endodontics, and more.
- Utilize advanced dental technology, including digital scanners and Cone Beam CT, to diagnose and treat patients effectively.
- Ensure patient satisfaction through quality care, clear communication, and compassionate service.
