About The Position

Pearland Midtown Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join their established practice near Houston. This is a productive office with an existing patient base, offering the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry and build lasting relationships. The role involves replacing a departing doctor, ensuring immediate patient flow. The ideal candidate will enjoy restorative dentistry and be comfortable with procedures such as crown and bridge, fillings, anterior endo, basic extractions, and hygiene exams/treatment planning. While implant experience is a plus, it is not required. The practice offers clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and a supportive team environment, with a buy-in opportunity available. They exclusively treat PPO and Fee-for-Service patients, with no Medicaid.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience preferred, or strong residency-trained new graduates.
• Confident clinically and ready to grow.
• Comfortable with crown & bridge, fillings, anterior endo, basic extractions, and hygiene exams/treatment planning.

Nice To Haves

• Implant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
