Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
• Current CPR certification
• DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care

• Practice comprehensive dentistry.
• Make the right clinical decisions for their patients.
• Focus on patient care, treatment planning, and building long-term relationships.
