About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Skyline practice in Salem, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a predominantly fee-for-service environment, allowing you to focus on comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry while maintaining a high level of clinical autonomy. With fewer insurance-driven limitations, you’ll have the opportunity to provide the care you believe is best for your patients while building long-term trust and treatment acceptance. Unlike heavily insurance-driven practices, this fee-for-service model allows providers to spend more time educating patients, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and focusing on quality outcomes rather than volume.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
• Current CPR certification
• DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
