About The Position

A well-established, private practice in Annville, PA is currently searching for a full-time General Dentist due to growth. This practice features 14 operatories, is fully digital with CBCT, iTero, and intraoral cameras, and operates on a PPO/FFS model only. The practice has 6 Hygienists, is currently seeing over 100 new patients a month, and offers a well-defined path to equity. The current Associate is averaging $130K/month in production. This practice is owned by an Oral Surgeon and also has a Pediatric Dentist on the team. The compensation program includes a daily rate for a period of time and a very aggressive percentage of collections.
