About The Position

Ideal Dental is hiring a General Dentist to deliver high-quality general and cosmetic dental care and support patients and the dental team. The position offers clinical autonomy alongside HR, marketing, and operational support, as well as clinical mentorship, training, and education. The practice provides mostly fee-for-service and PPO care and supports dentists in performing a broad range of procedures. Compensation is production-based, with advertised annual income potential of $250,000–$500,000+. Candidates may have the opportunity to participate in joint venture practice ownership without taking on additional operational burdens.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with patients and team members.
• Provide general and cosmetic dentistry to mostly fee-for-service and PPO patients, including crowns, bridges, molar endodontics, and Invisalign.
• Pursue lifelong clinical learning and education in collaboration with other doctors.
• Assume responsibility for the quality of patient care while adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
