About The Position

Archway Dental Partners is seeking an experienced, full-time General Dentist to join its Albano & Greenwald Family Dentistry practice. The practice is part of a group with multiple locations and a wide range of specialties. The dentist will diagnose patients, develop appropriate treatment plans, perform basic and complex dental procedures, maintain treatment records, and educate patients while providing a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• Must hold a Connecticut dental license.
• Saturdays are required.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Skill in basic and complex procedures, including direct and indirect restorations.
• Excellent restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead.
• Excellent chair-side manner, with a focus on educating patients and providing top-level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Complete basic and complex procedures, including direct and indirect restorations.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate the ability to lead.
• Use modern dental instruments, including hand tools, rotary instruments, and digital radiographs.
• Educate patients and provide excellent chair-side care and customer service.
