About The Position
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a compassionate and comprehensive General Dentist to lead our established Charlotte practice as the solo provider. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, values serving the community, and wants to make a meaningful impact in a high-demand, Medicaid-focused office. We offer an established patient base with strong demand, a solo provider opportunity with clinical autonomy, and full support from an experienced team. Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active North Carolina dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered philosophy
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Medicaid or community-focused dentistry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages
- Perform exams, restorative procedures, extractions, crowns, dentures, and other bread-and-butter dentistry
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health
- Collaborate with a dedicated clinical and administrative team to ensure excellent patient care
- Serve a predominantly Medicaid patient population while making a lasting impact in the community
