General Dentist
About The Position
Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join its established practice in Tucson, Arizona. The dentist will have clinical autonomy to make treatment decisions based on patients’ needs, supported by an established patient base, experienced clinical teams, in-house specialty support, and practice management resources. The role offers percentage-of-production compensation based on experience, guaranteed first-year compensation, and no production targets. The practice has a predominantly PPO patient base and provides clinical mentorship, continuing education, modern dental technology, marketing, patient-flow, and administrative support.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Current Arizona dental license or ability to obtain one before employment.
- Current or ability to obtain required credentials and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI.
- Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and treatment-planning skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered dental care.
- Make treatment decisions and develop treatment plans based on what is best for patients.
- Collaborate with the practice’s clinical team and in-house specialists.
