This is an amazing opportunity in an 8-operatory practice with a dedicated team of over 40 employees dedicated to help you focus on what you do best: great dentistry! You can expand your specialty services as this location has limited nearby specialty. Nestled in southern Wisconsin, Janesville offers fishing, boating, hiking, and vibrant small-town living. New Grads are welcome, and we are committed to helping you succeed from day one with hands-on mentorship, strong clinical leadership, and structured support, including our exclusive New Doctor Bootcamp. You'll practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and support, expand your skills with complimentary CE in implants, endo, clear aligners, and more, and join a true clinical community with quarterly clinical discussions and readily accessible clinical colleagues and mentors. You will lead a strong team and build a culture of empowerment in your practice with systems that reduce chaos, and enjoy real support from operations, training, talent acquisition, marketing, and compliance experts.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited school
Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining)
Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
