General Dentist Job Description Seeking General Dentist for Established PPO / Fee-for-Service Practice in Waldorf, Maryland Waldorf Dental Group, a high-production, patient-focused practice in the beautiful southern part of Maryland, is seeking a motivated and experienced general dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about patient care and team success, strives for clinical excellence, and is a growth-minded dental leader looking for autonomy, flexibility, and professional development. Our modern, technology-driven dental practice, a pillar in Waldorf, Maryland, for more than 30 years, is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of our patients and our employees. We are a PPO, fee-for-service office looking for a dentist who is a committed team player, relentless in expanding their skill set, and always willing to go the extra mile to help patients achieve a healthier, more functional, more vibrant smile. Our doctors and hygienists are dental leaders in a rapidly evolving industry, using advanced technology and specialized expertise to ensure patients receive exceptional care. This unique opportunity offers room for growth in a thriving practice with a loyal base of existing patients, as well as a strong new patient pipeline. Currently a part-time role (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday schedule), with potential for a full-time position for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience
  • MD Dental License in good standing
  • Ability to travel every day to the office
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients.
  • Diagnose and treat oral health conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Perform various dental procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry.
