You'll be backed by a dental partnership group that runs the business side. You focus on patient care and growing your clinical skills — we handle HR, billing, marketing, and compliance.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Florida dental license (or eligibility)
7+ years of clinical experience
Genuine interest in ownership and long-term growth
Strong clinical skill and eagerness to learn advanced case management
Strong communication and team skills
