Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Active (or eligible) state dental license
Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based culture

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, restorative care, crowns, bridges, extractions, and preventive treatment
Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to best practices and compliance standards
