About The Position
A busy, highly organized group dental practice is seeking a qualified General Dentist to work in offices in the Palmdale and Lancaster area. The practice offers a guaranteed base pay plus a percentage bonus on production, along with job security and growth opportunities. Dentists work with a highly trained, efficient, and supportive staff in a high-volume practice with an excellent patient pool. The position may be full-time or part-time; the posting also labels it full-time. The schedule is an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Work takes place at multiple locations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- DDS or DMD from an accredited university.
- Active State Dental Board license.
- Strong sense of ethics and ability to act with integrity.
- Willingness to be coached and trained by clinicians to meet production goals.
- Motivation to achieve financial success and independence.
