About The Position

Refresh Dental has an opportunity for a Full time General Dentist in a dentist-owned, patient-focused, community-based group practice located in New Castle, PA. Compensation rates start at $1000/day with 100% practice paid lab fees. The practice operates on a PPO/FFS model and offers a 5-day work week. The role involves working alongside a seasoned/tenured Dentist, supported by a Hygienist and Dental Assistants in a multi-million dollar producing practice. The practice utilizes Prime Scan, CBCT, and Overjet technologies. A Sign-on Bonus and Doctor Equity Program are available. The ideal candidate is an eager producer who thrives in a consistent productive environment, enjoys working with a patient-focused team that respects clinical judgment and leadership. The position offers true clinical autonomy, with dentists responsible for full comprehensive care including diagnosis, treatment, follow up, and maintenance, allowing for trusted patient relationships. The practice is implementing Overjet’s dental AI platform and Sprint Ray (3D printer) to maximize earning potential and deliver best-in-class dental care. Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
