About The Position

Waxhaw Dental Center is hiring a General Dentist to join their team. This is an established family dentistry practice that prioritizes clinical excellence, team collaboration, and patient trust. The practice offers a thriving environment with strong new patient flow, modern technology, and support for professional growth. The position is full-time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, and Friday 8am-1pm. There is a minimum guaranteed salary of $150,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections. The patient base is PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS). The role includes mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan, with a path to partnership at no upfront cost.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals).
• Excellent communication skills.
• A collaborative spirit.

Nice To Haves

• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
• Utilize iTero scanning and 3D imaging technology.
• Potentially place implants (experience is a plus, but not required).
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborate with an experienced leadership team and other team members.
