Requirements
- Licensed Dentist in the State of Kentucky
- Experienced Dentist Preferred
- Multi Doctor Office
Responsibilities
- Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
- FFS/PPO
- Would Consider 4 Days
- 25 - 35 patients per day
