About The Position

Dental One Associates is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its team in Waldorf, Maryland. The role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality dental care in a supportive, patient-focused environment with modern dental technology and a collaborative team. The practice has served families in the Waldorf community for more than 47 years and treats adults and children beginning at age two. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position with no nights or weekends, and includes a partnership or equity opportunity and an established patient base with high patient volume.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Maryland dental license.
• At least 3 years of hands-on practical experience.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care to adults and children, beginning at age two.
• Deliver patient-centered care while maintaining professional ethics.
