About The Position

Archway Dental Partners is seeking a full-time General Dentist to provide quality dental and personal care in a relaxed, comfortable environment. The practice emphasizes welcoming and secure patient experiences, top-notch care, and exemplary customer service. Recent graduates and experienced providers are welcome. Saturdays are required.

Requirements

• Must hold a Connecticut dental license.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Ability to perform basic and complex procedures, including direct and indirect restorations.
• Excellent restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead.
• Strong chair-side manner focused on patient education and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Complete basic and complex dental procedures, including direct and indirect restorations.
• Provide restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic dental care.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead.
• Use modern dental instruments, including hand tools, rotary instruments, and digital radiographs.
• Educate patients and provide a high level of chair-side service.
