A well-established Sarasota practice is looking for its next lead provider — are you ready to step in? Integrated Dental of Florida is looking for an experienced general dentist ready to transition into becoming the solo provider at our Sarasota practice, taking over from a dentist with over 25 years of experience. You'll be backed by a dental partnership group that runs the business side, stepping into a practice with a strong, experienced team already in place. You focus on patient care — we handle HR, billing, marketing, and compliance.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Florida dental license (or eligibility)
• 7+ years of clinical experience
• Genuine interest in ownership and long-term growth
• Confidence stepping into a lead provider role
• Strong communication and team skills

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry across a broad range of procedures
