About The Position

Select Dental Management (SDM) is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist who values trust, teamwork, and clinical excellence to join a supportive, high-performing team in a modern, fully digital environment. This role offers the autonomy of private practice, supported by the operational, educational, and mentorship resources of SDM. The position involves delivering comprehensive general, cosmetic, and restorative dental care with a focus on patient comfort, education, and outcomes. Responsibilities include performing thorough examinations, diagnosing conditions, creating patient-centered treatment plans, and collaborating with hygienists, assistants, and operational partners. The role utilizes digital tools such as digital x-rays, iTero, and CEREC for accurate diagnosis and patient communication, and engages in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources. The Associate Dentist will contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity, and growth, with the potential to work at a sister practice nearby.

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
  • 3-5+ years of proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • GPR or AEGD preferred.
  • Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.
