This is an opportunity to deliver high quality dental care in a supportive environment while maintaining strong work life balance. POSITION OVERVIEW The Dentist provides preventative, restorative, and emergency dental care to patients in a community based setting. This role includes collaboration with care teams, participation in quality initiatives, and contributing to improved oral health outcomes within the population served. SCHEDULE • 4 day work week • 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM schedule • No weekends • No call requirements COMPENSATION • Base salary $140,000 to $170,000 depending on experience • Annual productivity bonus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services • Perform preventative, restorative, and emergency procedures • Diagnose and develop treatment plans • Educate patients on oral health and preventative care • Collaborate with clinical team members • Maintain accurate and timely documentation WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY • 4 day work week with no call • Manageable daily patient volume (15 to 18 patients) • Full clinical autonomy with strong support staff • NHSC student loan repayment eligibility • Mission driven rural healthcare impact • New graduates encouraged to apply

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
  • Active Dental license in the State of Maine
  • Experience or interest in rural or community dental care
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Commitment to quality care and patient outcomes

  • Experience working in community health settings preferred
