About The Position

This is a full-time or part-time General Dentist position with a minimum guaranteed salary of $200,000/year and unlimited earning potential based on collections. We also offer a $25,000 Sign On Bonus for a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base. The role includes mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan, with a path to partnership with no upfront cost.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active State Dental License & DEA License
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative procedures, Extractions (simple and surgical), Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals), iTero scanning
• Excellent communication skills
• Collaborative spirit
