About The Position

This is a full-time or part-time General Dentist position with a minimum guaranteed salary of $200,000/year and unlimited earning potential based on collections. We have a PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base, no Medicaid. We offer mentorship and a clear Doctor Development Plan, with a path to partnership with no upfront cost.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Active State Dental License & DEA License.
- Competency in comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit.
Nice To Haves
- Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dentistry including restorative procedures, extractions (simple and surgical), crown & bridge, and endodontics (root canals).
- Utilize iTero scanning and 3D imaging.
- Potentially place implants (experience is a plus, but not required).
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with peers and mentors during case reviews.
- Handle administrative, billing, and scheduling tasks with the support of a dedicated team.
