About The Position

Lumio is a dental partnership organization dedicated to preserving the integrity of private practice. We offer mentorship from partner dentists, specialists, and clinical directors. We provide opportunities to do what you love, including complete comprehensive full mouth examinations, diagnosing and treating patients, building rapport with patients by discussing treatment planning options and providing patient education, treating oral health needs and providing direct care for patients, and offering same-day and scheduled treatment. You will also partner with the Office Manager, Hygienist, Patient Coordinators, & Dental Assistants to ensure an optimal patient experience. We have patient flow with opportunities to treat established and new patients. We offer a promising career path to ownership if desired. Requirements

  • DDS or DMD
  • Ability to perform comprehensive full mouth examinations.
  • Ability to diagnose and treat patients.
  • Ability to discuss treatment planning options and provide patient education.
  • Ability to treat oral health needs and provide direct care for patients.
  • Ability to offer same-day and scheduled treatment.
  • Ability to collaborate with Office Manager, Hygienist, Patient Coordinators, & Dental Assistants.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience practicing dentistry.
  • Mentorship available for new or recent graduates.

Responsibilities
