Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Strong clinical foundation and commitment to continuing education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for patient care, service excellence, and lifelong learning
Desire to build a long-term career within a thriving practice environment
New graduates and early-career dentists with a strong growth mindset are encouraged to apply
