About The Position
Gentle Dental is hiring a Full-Time General Dentist in Santa Rosa, California, offering up to a $20,000 signing bonus and the opportunity to practice in an established PPO and fee-for-service dental office. Average full-time Dentist earnings: $150,000–$400,000+.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active California dental license or ability to obtain one before employment
- Current DEA registration, CPR/BLS certification, and NPI, or ability to obtain as applicable
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered dentistry
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a dental care team
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and oral health assessments.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive, restorative, and general dentistry services within your clinical expertise.
- Educate patients about oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other dental professionals.
- Refer patients for specialty treatment when appropriate.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining clinical autonomy.
