Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active Vermont dental license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative, growth-minded approach to dentistry
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Provide preventive, restorative, and other general dentistry procedures within your experience and interests
- Build long-term relationships through patient education and personalized care
- Collaborate with dentists and specialists on multidisciplinary cases
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and patient experience
