General Dentist - Starting Annual Salary $275,000 (Lompoc)
About The Position
CaliDental is seeking an energetic and friendly general dentist to join its team in Lompoc, California. Associates have full autonomy in establishing treatment plans and rendering care, with direct one-on-one clinical mentorship and support. The role allows the dentist to focus on their area of expertise while other staff handle patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. This is a full-time position. Compensation includes a daily minimum guarantee of $950–$1,200, based on experience, or 33% of net production, whichever is higher. The posting lists annual earning potential and a salary range of $275,000–$600,000, with the possibility of earning up to 35% of net production based on tenure. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with Saturdays as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- California dental license.
- DEA license.
Responsibilities
- Provide and deliver quality dental care to patients.
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
- Review treatment plans with each family and obtain informed consent for treatment services.
- Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
- Adhere to federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
- Maintain a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.
