About The Position
Woodland Lakes Dental Studio is seeking a General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to step in for a retiring doctor. This role offers the opportunity to walk into 1,500 active patients, allowing for immediate production from day one in a patient-centered and modern practice located in Conroe, Texas. This position is ideal for a dentist ready to lead, grow, and stop building a schedule from scratch, supported by Star Dental Partners to focus on patient care rather than back-office operations. As a Star Dental Partners-supported Dentist, you will have the freedom to focus fully on exceptional patient care with complete clinical autonomy, while business and operational support is provided. You will enjoy a private-practice feel, a strong patient base, and a collaborative environment that supports both clinical and professional growth.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school
- Active Texas dental license and applicable certifications
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
- Unable to offer sponsor visa candidates
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols
