About The Position

United Dental Corporation (UDC) is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join Raio Dental in Medford, Long Island. This is an opportunity for a dentist who wants to practice comprehensive dentistry, build long-term patient relationships, and have the clinical autonomy to diagnose and treatment-plan based on their own clinical judgment — while benefiting from the operational resources and support of a larger dental group. The practice serves a healthy mix of PPO and fee-for-service patients and offers a consistent five-day schedule with strong opportunities for a provider who wants to grow within an established Long Island practice. Our doctors maintain autonomy over diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, while the practice team and UDC provide support with scheduling, patient coordination, recruiting, credentialing, and day-to-day practice operations. We’re looking for a comprehensive General Dentist who is comfortable taking ownership of their patients and treatment plans. For doctors interested in expanding their clinical skills, UDC offers access to continuing education opportunities.
