About The Position

General Dentists lead clinical diagnosis and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. The role emphasizes personalized, ethical care and a welcoming patient experience, with the goal of improving patients’ oral health. Dentists work with non-clinical teams to support the dental practice’s operations and are supported by executive dentists, mentorship, ongoing education, and access to advanced technology and materials. The schedule can be part-time, three days per week, or full-time, four or more days per week. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university.
Active state license in good standing.
Commitment to patient care and high ethical standards.
Interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Motivation to contribute to financial success and the practice’s continued growth.

Nice To Haves

At least 1–2 years of clinical experience post-residency is preferred; select positions are open to new graduates.
