About The Position
Today Dental is hiring a General Dentist for a family-owned group of offices across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The dentist is the only dentist in the office, with every new patient assigned to them and no associates competing for chair time or production splits. A full-time hygienist is on staff. The role offers full clinical autonomy: the dentist diagnoses, creates treatment plans, and decides which care to provide. Molar endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign are kept in-house, with continuing education support for expanding the dentist’s scope. The practice is fully digital, with a scanner and modern equipment throughout, and the company covers lab expenses. Compensation is described as $200,000+ annually, with an $800-per-day minimum guarantee. The practice accepts PPO and fee-for-service patients only, with no HMO and high reimbursement rates. Today Dental describes its offices as drama-free, with well-trained teams, and notes community involvement through charity cases and time at Scottish Rite Hospital.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Active Texas dental license.
- Established clinical skill set and current production experience.
- Seeking a long-term professional home.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose patients and determine treatment plans with full clinical autonomy.
- Provide dental care, including in-house molar endodontics, surgical extractions, implants, and Invisalign, as applicable to the dentist’s clinical scope.
- Treat new patients assigned to the dentist.
- Work with the full-time hygienist and office team.
