About The Position

Emerald Dental in Topeka is looking for a General Dentist to join Dr. Maddie Davis's team. This position is suitable for both experienced dentists seeking to utilize an established patient base and new graduates looking for mentorship. The role offers clinical autonomy, strong patient flow, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities for continued skill development. The practice focuses on comprehensive dentistry, including full-mouth examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. The dentist will work with a supportive team including an Office Manager, Hygienists, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree.
Ability to practice dentistry independently.
Willingness to build patient relationships and educate patients.
Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a General Dentist.
Interest in expanding clinical skill set to include implants, surgical extractions, endo, third molars, aligners, and more.
Desire for strong mentorship (for new graduates).
