Smile Fairy is looking for an experienced general dentist ready to grow into practice ownership, backed by a dental partnership group that runs the business side. You'll work alongside a 20-year veteran dentist with a loyal, established patient base and a great team. You focus on patient care — we handle HR, billing, marketing, and compliance. This role offers an ease into ownership over time, alongside a partner who's already built a thriving practice. You will have an established, loyal patient base with strong new-patient flow, and full business support including HR, billing, marketing, recruiting, and compliance. The role involves working with a collaborative, tight-knit team with a steady, high-quality pace.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Florida dental license (or eligibility)
- 7+ years of clinical experience
- Genuine interest in ownership and long-term growth
- Strong communication and team skills
