About The Position

Preferred Dental of Cromwell offers an experienced General Dentist the opportunity to practice high-quality dentistry in a flexible, supportive environment. This role allows for practice in one location or splitting time between two well-established practices, on a part-time or full-time basis. The practices combine modern technology, loyal patient bases, and collaborative teams that value clinical autonomy, professional growth, and work-life balance. The General Dentist will perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning, deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care, build long-term patient relationships, collaborate with specialists, and utilize modern technology.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Active Connecticut dental license
• Minimum 2-3 years of dentistry experience
• Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset
• Team-oriented, clinically confident, and growth-minded
