Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Vermont dental license, or eligibility to obtain
- Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care
- A team-player mentality and desire to contribute to a positive, productive office culture
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required - new grads are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive exams and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality care across preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and advanced procedures
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies
- Collaborate with an experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to ensure seamless care
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all practice standards
