About The Position
Michel Dental in Topeka is seeking a General Dentist (DDS or DMD) to join their team. This opportunity is suitable for both experienced dentists looking to take over an established patient base and new graduates seeking mentorship. The role offers clinical autonomy, strong patient flow, hands-on mentorship, and opportunities for continuous skill development. Dentists will perform comprehensive dentistry, build patient relationships, and work with a supportive team including an Office Manager, Hygienists, Patient Coordinators, and Dental Assistants.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree.
- Ability to practice dentistry independently.
- Willingness to learn and grow clinically.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with implants, surgical extractions, endo, third molars, and aligners.
- Strong mentorship skills for new graduates.
- Ability to build strong patient relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-mouth examinations.
- Diagnose patient conditions.
