About The Position

Preferred Dental of Cromwell is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join their established multi-specialty practice in Cromwell, CT. The practice has an established patient base, a collaborative specialty team, modern technology, and an experienced clinical and administrative staff. This role offers the opportunity to be productive while practicing dentistry with clinical autonomy. The practice is affiliated with Affinity Dental Management, providing support in operations, HR, recruiting, marketing, billing, credentialing, compliance, and other administrative areas, while allowing for clinical independence. Opportunities for leadership and partnership are available.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Connecticut dental license or eligibility for licensure
• 2–3+ years of General Dentistry experience required
• Strong comprehensive treatment-planning and restorative skills
• Confident clinical decision-making and excellent patient communication
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered dentistry
• Collaborative approach with providers, hygienists, assistants, and specialists

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning
• Provide restorative, preventive, cosmetic, and comprehensive general dentistry
• Build a productive schedule around clinical strengths and interests
• Develop lasting relationships with an established patient population
• Collaborate directly with in-house and network specialists on more complex cases
• Work with an experienced team focused on keeping the schedule productive and patients well cared for
