About The Position

Pali Mountain is a premier year-round camp, outdoor education facility, and retreat center located on 250 forested acres in the San Bernardino Mountains. We serve over 50,000 guests annually through three distinct programs—Pali Adventures, Pali Institute, and Pali Retreat—and pride ourselves on delivering unforgettable experiences in a setting that blends rustic charm with modern infrastructure. Our campus includes over 100,000 square feet of buildings, a 30,000-square-foot dining hall, 850+ beds across multiple sleeping villages, and more than 75 dedicated activity areas, including zip lines, climbing towers, ropes courses, and specialized instructional spaces. Requirements

• Responsible, positive mentor with strong leadership instincts and a love for working with kids
• Patient, adaptable, silly when needed, serious when it counts
• Committed to excellence, growth, and creating an unforgettable experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with belay equipment (for High Ropes Course Lead)
• Lifeguard and or valid CA Boat Driving License (for Water Sports)
• Experience in Fine Arts (for Fine Arts)
• Experience in Action Sports (for Action Sports)

Responsibilities

• Wake your cabin up with energy and intention—get them dressed, ready, and smiling
• Eat breakfast together before they head to specialty; you go to your specialty too
• Reunite for lunch, refresh at the cabin, then head into afternoon electives
• Lead or co-lead up to 3 electives a day, depending on schedule
• Fuel up at themed dinners, then rally for epic evening adventures
• Help your campers wind down, reflect on their day, and head into sweet dreams
• Repeat with joy, curiosity, and care—every single day
