About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable General Contractor Laborer with lead experience to support construction, repair, and maintenance projects across our cultivation facilities, dispensaries, and processing sites. This is a mobile role requiring the ability to work independently and with Facilities Manager with minimal oversight while maintaining high-quality standards. When not actively engaged in project work, this role will support general building maintenance and upkeep across all company locations.

Requirements

3–5 years of construction or general contracting experience (preferred)
Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of general construction practices and building systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Reliable, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Drug and Alcohol free

Responsibilities

Perform general construction tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and minor electrical/plumbing work
Lead small projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
Troubleshoot and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Conduct routine building maintenance and preventative upkeep
Travel between cultivation sites, dispensaries, and processing facilities as needed
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and local regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition
Communicate project updates and material needs to management
