About The Position
This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a General Contractor / Construction Manager Partner for the Main St. Boutique Hotel project. The client is the Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, and the prime contractor is FuntoNetwork Corporation. The role involves providing a comprehensive range of services including preconstruction, constructability, estimating, procurement, scheduling, safety, quality, construction, commissioning support, and closeout.
Requirements
- Idaho contractor authority and applicable licenses
- Comparable boutique hotel or complex commercial construction references
- Demonstrated cost, schedule, safety, quality, bonding, and subcontractor controls
- Signed integrity disclosure and commitment letter
- Proposal WBS and story-point coverage
Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual estimates, assumptions, escalation, contingencies, and baseline schedule
- Lead constructability, logistics, procurement, and long-lead planning
- Develop GMP, bonds, insurance, safety, quality, and change-control packages
- Construct, document progress, coordinate commissioning, and complete closeout
