This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the day, including lifting up to 50 pounds and performing various manual labor activities such as carrying, bending, stooping, turning, kneeling, crawling, and climbing a ladder. The role involves working outside in variable weather conditions, including high temperature summer months, and adhering to all company safety guidelines. Flexibility and evolving responsibilities are part of the culture, meaning tasks may adjust based on business needs.
