About The Position

Parker Arntz is seeking a General Construction Laborer for demolition tasks including structural steel, piping, and block walls. The role requires the ability to work in a lift and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Former commercial or residential construction demo/labor experience preferred
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, grasp, manipulate hand tools
• Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, and tools
• Ability to work in a lift
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, hi-vis safety vests, gloves and safety toe, construction-grade work boots
• Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs
• Valid Driver's license

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 preferred, not required
